Big changes are on the way for Chappelle Gardens! The community’s show home village is relocating, bringing an expanded selection of thoughtfully curated homes. As part of this transition, the former sales centre at 3706 Cross Landing SW will be closing. In its place, new show homes by our builder, Brookfield Residential, will open at 1016 and 1018 Cristall Crescent SW. These two beautifully connected show homes will also serve as the new Brookfield sales centre. In addition, Daytona Homes and City Homes will be opening their new sales centre nearby, also located on 1020 Cristall Crescent SW. All new show homes and sales centres will officially open on September 20, 2025.
