Chappelle Gardens is a quiet community in southwest Edmonton, and wow, 2020 was a year full of new changes! It’s no surprise that it’s a finalist in Canada for 2021 CHBA’s Best Growing Community. At Brookfield Residential, we put our residents first in community planning, and are always finding new ways to make them the best places to call home. In 2020, Chappelle Gardens launched Social Crews, bringing residents together through programs for like-minded neighbours to spark new friendships. Gatherers have game nights and beer tastings. Commercial amenities have expanded, giving you more of what you need within a short bike ride or a quick drive away from home. Some of just a few new local shops have been adding including:

  • A brand new 9Round Kickboxing studio. The Chappelle Gardens Social House also has a great partnership with their team to offer classes for residents. Classes are subject to Alberta Health Services guidelines, but you can also sign-up for their online workouts.
  • In addition to the local Co-op Marketplace, a brand new Save-On-Foods opened giving you even more options for delicious, local foods. Just a short drive away, the new Freson Bros. is now open in Rabbit Hill Crossing, offering an emphasis on Albertan-produced produce and products.

Chappelle Gardens is a master-planned community with beautifully landscaped green spaces, seating areas, extensive trail network, scenic ponds, community gardens, a park and playground and outdoor exercise equipment.
