Our habits are the foundation of who we are and how we live, and they can be heavily influenced by our environment and the community we live in. As an added bonus, our habits can greatly affect our environment even on a small scale… it all adds up!

  1. Get outside every day and enjoy nature—bring your dog or other family members along. Nature has a way of healing.
  2. Choose to ride your bike or walk through our many pathways.
  3. Visit the park, including Frieda Hiller Park, which features benches and a gazebo great for socializing.
  4. Install and use a rain barrel to water your lawn and front yard garden.
  5. Harvest organic produce from our community garden.
  6. Utilize the compost bins located near the community gardens.
  7. Enjoy the playground located within the community.
  8. Spend time at the dog park conveniently located next Chappelle Gardens in Paisley.
  9. Take part in social activities at the Residents Association, just a short walk away.
  10. Get fresh air and exercise with our outdoor gym equipment.
